OH!!! This is great!!! I've been working on faces and bodies ALOT lately so I can really appreciate this picture.

And it really has been a while. Same for me, but not the 8 months you speak of ^^;

Well, I've been thinking of getting a Tablet (art pad thingy for the computer)... do you have any recommendations...?

Omg, you're still awake? XD;

Thank you XD;

Umm, yeah.. my artblocks last for a long time e_e; I've made sketches and stuff, but most look like an 8-year-old drew them :XD:

Hm, Wacom is always a good brand to start. The Graphire 3 or 4 and their newest model, Bamboo, is a nice one for beginners without them weird buttons to deal with on some of the more technical models like the Intuos (unless you like weird buttons but it's up to you lol). It's really durable (I dropped mine at least 100 times in the first year) and the cheapest one is from $80-$120. (The larger you get, the more you pay of course). And it comes with a few drawing programs to just mess around with. Another cool thing is that unlike some other brands, the pen thingy for Wacom tablets don't require batteries.

Here's a [link] that might help you out too.

And a good thing to look for in the product information is pressure sensitivity for variation of lines when you draw on the computer. They come in different levels and the lowest I've seen is 512 levels (which is pretty good, it's the one I have) and 1024. More levels mean more line variations for thickness control. Size and color is all up to you.

Hope that helps ^^;

OH, one more thing... it takes a little to get used to cuz you gotta coordinate your eyes to see the computer screen while you draw on it... so it's a little funky cuz you can't see your hand physically on the "paper" doing the strokes and shading and stuff XD;

But you'll be fine :D ::nod nods::
